In developing and operating the Maules Creek mine, Aston Resources will work with many different suppliers to source a range of goods and services. Where appropriate, these goods and services will be sourced from businesses located near to Maules Creek.
Aston Resources is committed to working in partnership with the local community and ensuring the health, safety and well-being of its employees, contractors and the wider public. Aston Resources will contribute significantly to the Narrabri economy and plans to support local education, cultural and community-based projects.
The Contractor Management System provides a framework to manage contractor operations at the Maules Creek Project site and, together with the Company’s occupational health and safety policies, aims to achieve efficient operations and safety for all involved in the Project. Aston Resources also intends to engage local communities throughout the planning, development and operation of the Maules Creek Mine.
